Adding Your Data to ArcGIS Online

Troubleshooting assistance:
- Can’t access the Fresno State Portal? Make sure you’re signed into your browser with your @mail.fresnostate.edu account and choose the Fresno State Organization Login (not the ArcGIS login).
- Shapefile upload failing? Ensure the .shp, .shx, .dbf, etc. are in a single zipped folder before uploading.
- Address geocoding shows credits? That’s expected (e.g., ~0.84 credits). Fresno State accounts includes a standard amount of credits—contact us if you need more.
