I provide library services and research consultation for students and faculty, particularly as a subject librarian for the College of Health and Human Services. My areas of expertise include:

Course Teaching

PH 152T: Health Information Access and Management (Certification Course)

This course offers certification in Consumer Health Information Specialization (CHIS) from the Medical Library Association. Students learn to navigate, evaluate, and communicate reliable health information effectively for diverse communities.

Professional Biography and Personal Interests

Shuyi Liu is the Health Sciences Librarian and a faculty member at California State University, Fresno. With expertise in health informatics, she teaches at the College of Health and Human Services. Her research focuses on enhancing health education and outcomes through innovative technologies and game-based learning. She is particularly interested in advancing health literacy, digital health communication, and empowering communities to make informed health decisions.
