Media Labs / Library Computers
On this page we discuss: Student Login Computers, Music and Media Labs, Public Computers, along with Laptop and Tablet lending.
Student Login Computers
- Location: 1st-3rd Floors, North Wing and 2nd Floor, South Wing Quiet Study Area (see Computer Availability Map for all locations)
- Features: (Mac OS) Over 150 computers located throughout the library. Campus username and password required to login. See software list.
- Reservations: First come, first served.
Music and Media Labs
- Location: Music and Media (3rd Floor, North Wing)
- Features: The Music and Media department has a Media Lab with specialized video/image editing software (Adobe Creative Cloud, etc), and a Music Lab with Music Editing Stations, as well as various Analog Converting Stations. For access, ask at the Music and Media service desk. See software list for Media Lab and Music Lab.
- Reservations: Reserve a workstation.
Public Computers
- Location: 1st Floor, North Wing (between Reference and Government Information collections)
- Features: (Windows) Eight computers available for public use.
- Policies: see software and guest access policies.
- Reservations: First come, first served.
Laptops and Tablets
- Location: Tech Lending (1st Floor, North Wing)
- Features: Laptops and tablets can be checked out from the Tech Lending desk near the entrance of the library. See Tech Lending for details.
- Reservations: Reserve online.
